Initial Visit
We request that all new patients arrive 15 minutes early to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. You may also download your forms by clicking the links below. Please also bring a photo ID and your dental insurance card. All insurance coverage and eligibility will be confirmed prior to your initial visit.
Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. Depending on your dental health, you can expect to receive an exam from Dr. Villani and possibly a cleaning from our hygienist. At this appointment, we will notify you of any concerns or necessary dental treatment.
